To All Parishioners,

Pope Francis has invited the entire Church to participate in a Synod, which is an assembly called by the Holy Father and previously an assembly in which only Cardinals and Bishops would participate. We, the faithful are being asked to take a long, hard look at how we can maximize the participation in our parish, diocesan projects and plans, our religious activities and our outreach to the world around us. In fact, we are on a mission to build stronger and stronger communities as we proclaim and live the Gospel.

To achieve the goals mentioned above, every parish needs to join in this process first of all by praying for the spiritual success of the Synod. Parishioners are also invited to complete a very brief online Survey (click on the link below).

To further participate in and prepare for the Synod which will take place in Rome in 2023, parishioners are asked to share insights and ideas on six general topics of concern in our Church today. This portion of our participation will also be online (click on link below)

(Hard copies are available in the Narthex of Church as well as at the Ministries and Administration Building).

The Surveys and Discussions may be completed during the week of Dec. 6 – 13.

Instructions for completing the Survey and the Discussion Questions will be given when the Survey/Discussion questions are accessed.

Thank you in advance for your prayers and participation. The insights and participation of all are essential. Our responses will serve to benefit the whole People of God, our brothers and sisters throughout the world.
