St. Joseph Facilities

Rowland Education Building (REB)/Gym

 

Rowland Education Building (REB) / Gym

  • REB Gym (includes set up of tables and chairs)
    $210.00/hour with a four (4) hour minimum

  • Add kitchen use to Gym
    $30.00/hour with a four (4) hour minimum

  • REB Lobby/Breezeway (includes set up of tables)
    $100.00/hour with a two (2) hour minimum

 

 

 

Ministries Administrative Building (MAB)

  • Donor Hall

            $158.00 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum
            (Includes set up of tables and chairs and use of warming kitchen)

  • Ursuline Hall

            $131.00 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum
            (Includes set up of tables and chairs and use of warming kitchen)

  • Corley Conference Room

            $53.00 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum
            (Additional $26.00/hour for kitchen usage)

  • Gilmore Senior Life Center

           $100.00 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum

  • MAB Courtyard (additional lighting not allowed)

        $50.00 per hour with a two (2) minimum​

Security Deposit

  • $250.00 refundable deposit required for all use.

​

*Additional fees are required for private sponsored events. 

  For non-parish events: 

  • Up to $210.00 for insurance policy

  • $35.00/hour for after hours monitor in the building. This includes evenings and weekends.
