Meet the Staff
David J. Cochrane, Director of Sacred Music Ministry

David J. Cochrane, a native of Scranton, Penn., serves as Director of Music at Cardinal Newman School, a 550 student diocesan Catholic school for grades 7-12, and St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mr. Cochrane holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College and a Masters of Music in Choral Conducting from University of South Carolina. He also studied choral conducting in Moscow at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow under Professor Alexander Solovyev.

Brad Cunningham, Organist
​
Brad grew up in Augusta, Ga., graduated from Shorter College, Rome, Ga., with a Bachelor of Music in organ performance. Brad holds the American Guild of Organists (AGO) Service Playing Certificate, and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, Jackson, Miss. He also teaches organ at Cardinal Newman Organ Academy.
Clare Henry, Bel Canto Director

Clare is a native of Aiken, South Carolina. She is currently music teacher and campus minister at St. Joseph Catholic School. Clare holds the Bachelor of Music Education from Lander University and is a certified music educator. Clare directs St. Joseph Catholic School’s Cantor Choir and assists David and Brad with Bel Canto Choir.
