Team Registration Policies

To help ensure a fair and organized registration process, please review the following information before registering:

1. Priority Registration: St. Joseph Parishioners and St. Joseph School students will be given first consideration for team placement. If roster spots remain available after parish and school registrations are processed, community members may be added. Community members who register will be placed on a waiting list in the order of their registration.

2. Registration Is Not Complete Without Payment: A registration is considered complete only when payment has been received. Registrations without payment will not be considered active and that child will not be placed on the waiting list.

3. Team Size Limits: Teams are limited to a maximum of 10 players. Placement is subject to roster availability.

4. Refund Policy: If you choose not to participate or are unable to be placed on a team from the waiting list, a refund will be issued less any processing fees if requested on or before October 30. Refund requests received after October 30 will receive 50% of the registration fee, less any processing fees.

9th-12th graders: For those students trying out for high school teams, we understand that the tryout schedules start after registration closes. For those students wanting to secure a spot in the league, we recommend registering. Please note that registration is refundable, processing fees. Please see above under Refund Policy.

If you have a 5th/6th grade boy trying out at Cardinal Newman, Coach Deter recommends reaching out to him prior to tryouts at pdeter@cnhs.org.

Registration Fee: $85 ($105 for players who are non-parishioners or not SJS students)

Completed applications are processed in the order they are received.
