SJCC Resumption of Group Events Guidelines

SJCC has developed the following guidelines based on those mandated by the Diocese of Charleston, the CDC, and state/local government.

We ask for your patience and flexibility with these protocols as all our sacrifices as a parish, community, state, and nation have been with a concerted effort to preserve life.

  • Should a parish-sponsored meeting take place outside of office hours, an approved facilities monitor is required to be in attendance.

  • Due to reduced janitorial services, it is the organizer’s responsibility to wipe down tables and counters with cleaning supplies (provided by SJCC) both before and after the event.

  • Trash cans and liners will be provided.  Please tie to close the trash bag at the conclusion of the event and remove to the receptacles outside the Donor Hall back kitchen door.

  • The SJCC office is a building open to the public.  Therefore, any local ordinances must be followed regarding occupancy, face coverings, etc.

  • Additional fees are required for private sponsored events.
