• If a parish-sponsored meeting is held outside of regular office hours, an approved facilities monitor must be present.

• Due to limited janitorial services, the event organizer is responsible for cleaning tables and counters before and after the event using cleaning supplies provided by SJCC.

• Trash cans and liners will be provided. At the conclusion of the event, please securely tie the trash bags and dispose of them in the receptacles located outside the Donor Hall back kitchen door.

• The SJCC office is a public building; therefore, all applicable local ordinances, including occupancy regulations, must be observed.

• Because the building is regularly used for parish ministries, church functions, and Diocesan meetings, availability for private events is extremely limited. When private events can be accommodated, additional fees will apply.
